It showed up safe and clean, no issues there. the packaging was good, just felt like there was a bit more cardboard than needed

I was surprised how smooth the checkout was. No weird extra steps, nothing confusing, and my payment went through on the "first try."

I’ve been using Horace for a few months now, my most recent order kind of sealed it for me. The products are still lasting longer than I expected, they don’t feel overpriced, and the delivery came through without any hassle. Based on how well it’s been going lately, I’d definitely buy again...

I really like this so far. The scent is nice without feeling overpowering, and the texture is light and not greasy at all. It just feels like an honest, well-made product that does what it’s supposed to without any fuss.

Everything was right. No problems. Simple order. Worked out fine.

I really wanted this to work because a friend of mine had mentioned trying something similar, but it didn’t make much of a difference for me. I used it hoping to see some kind of result, but it just wasn’t very effective in my experience.

I like that the stuff I use is almost always in stock when I go to reorder. It’s one of those little things you don’t think about much until you’re stuck waiting, or checking back every few days, which gets old fast. Here I can usually just grab what I need and move on, which is nice because I’m probably already thinking about five other things anyway.

I’m picky about what I use, so I liked that Horace actually lays out the ingredients and explains things in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. It comes across as more honest than a lot of other brands I’ve tried. My order arrived without any issues too, which is the minimum I expect, but still nice when it happens.

I was trying to order a few things, but the site made it harder than it needed to be. Some pages were slow to load, and a couple of buttons didn’t respond the first time I clicked them, which got annoying fast.

The menu also wasn’t the easiest to figure out. I found myself clicking around and going back and forth just to find basic stuff that should’ve been obvious. Checkout felt a bit dragged out too, like there were extra steps that didn’t really need to be there.

The products themselves looked fine, so I wouldn’t say the whole experience was terrible. But the website definitely wasn’t smooth, and it took away from the shopping experience. With a cleaner layout and faster response time, it would feel a lot better

My skin is super picky and gets red over basically nothing, so I didn’t have huge hopes for this. I also never really trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, so I was kind of waiting for a reason to regret it. But the horace face wash and cream have been totally fine for me. No itching, no weird dry patches, and my skin hasn’t freaked out. Relieved.

I ordered a face wash and moisturiser from Horace and the delivery was really quick. The instructions were straightforward too, which is always a plus. After a few weeks my skin definitely feels a bit better, nothing dramatic, but enough that I’m happy with it. Seems like a solid routine, doesn’t it?

After dealing with so many clunky checkout pages lately, I was just glad this one was simple. My card went through on the first try, and it was nice to see Apple Pay as an option too. The only annoying part was the confirmation page taking a bit to load, so for a minute I wasn’t totally sure if the payment had worked. The email showed up about a minute later though, so it was fine in the end.

The products themselves are fine, but I wish there were more choices for sizes and formats. A few things only come in one size, which is annoying when you just want to try something first without committing to a full amount. It feels like a waste of energy having to overthink whether it’s even worth buying in the first place...

The products themselves are good, no real complaints there. But trying to manage the subscription was annoying. I just wanted to skip one shipment, and somehow that turned into me clicking around forever like I was being forced to practice patience against my will. The account page kept sending me in circles, and it should not be that hard to find a skip button.
I also ended up getting charged before I realized the next order was already processing. Support did reply, but not exactly quickly, so I had to just sit there and wait, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but for a simple subscription, they really need to make it easier...

I like Horace because they’ve got a little bit of everything without making the whole thing feel overwhelming. Face wash, hair products, body care, fragrances, it’s all easy to browse and find what you need.
The range feels just right for everyday stuff, and I didn’t have to sit there comparing 50 versions of the same thing. I found what I needed quickly and added a couple extras too. Only downside was just bad timing on my part, since I was in a rush and probably would’ve enjoyed browsing more if I’d ordered another day.

Stopped by the horace shop to grab some face wash and ask a few questions about my skin. The guy working there was super chill, not pushy at all, and helped me figure out a simple routine tbh. The store was clean and easy to browse too. Left feeling happy with what I got, def going back.

I use this pretty much every morning, usually when I’m still half asleep, and it’s just really easy. No weird steps, no mess, nothing I have to think too hard about. It goes on quick and does what I need, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

I was happy to see horace making an effort with more sustainable packaging. Nothing felt excessive or over-the-top, which is refreshing because some brands act like you ordered a fragile museum piece. Everything arrived in good shape, and the packaging was easy enough to recycle. I’d still love to see a bit more detail about refills or where the ingredients are sourced from, just to make things clearer. But overall, good experience for me. I’d give it 4 stars.

The ingredients do feel clean, and my skin seems to like it so far. I’m just a bit hesitant to fully trust it right away because I’ve had products start off great and then disappoint me later. For now, it’s been good, but I’m keeping an eye on it.

Support got back to me quickly and actually fixed my issue, which was a nice surprise. There was a small delay, of course, because apparently smooth sailing would’ve been too easy. Overall, not bad at all.
